Not sure if dedicated spaces available but recommend parking on Longwood Drive close to the access points.

Paved paths with gentle slopes. Taff trail section along river can be busy with bikes.

Lots of bikes (part of Taff Trail) and dogs. New hydroelectric scheme on weir worth a look-in.
