Overview
I ordered my drinks, I went to the seat and a barista moved a chair so my wheelchair would fit in. The lady serving noticed I had gone and asked where the lady with the purple hair had gone not the lady in wheelchair. That meant a lot. I felt valued as a person not just an invisible person in a wheelchair.
Transport & Parking
Adequate local disabled parking. Costs £1.70 for 2 hours and £4 for 4 hours. So quite costly. It is on the same level as Costa though.
Access
Easily accessible. No problems getting in and out.
Toilets
Would be better if children did not use the disabled toilets as I had to wait both times I used the toilet due to others using it.
Staff
Excellent. Kind, helpful, caring and understanding. The fact I was described as the lady with the purple hair, not the lady in the wheelchair was fantastic.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I enjoy a soya decaff latte. It is nice to have accessible places to go.
