Lots of shops to choose from, and a good selection of restaurants! All very accessible to wheelchair users as the shopping center is very open and well-maintained.

Transport & Parking

Lots of parking available, and disabled parking spaces near to the entrance. Bus stop also very close to entrance, so very convenient if using public transport.

Access

The center has wide corridors and level flooring throughout, making it is easy to maneuver wheelchairs. There are also automatic doors on all entrances/exits. There is plenty of space within the shops themselves, although some of the restaurants were a little over crowed.

Toilets

Large accessible toilets with grab rails, and plenty of space for a carer if necessary.

Staff

Staff in shops very polite and friendly, as were the center staff.

Would definitely recommend the Designer Outlet, I feel it is really accessible for disabled users with friendly and attentive staff throughout!
