Overview
Variety of shops. Friendly staff. Plenty of places to eat/drink and sit
Transport & Parking
We traveled by bus and there are several buses that go into town. Some stop closer to the shopping centre than others. There is a multistory car park which has both lifts and stairs to the different floors of the car park and to the shopping centre floor. There are several entrances to the centre and the majority if not all have disabled access.
Access
The floor was flat surface and everything was on one floor however some shops had two floors but there were lifts available. Primark specifically had a wheelchair lift. Upstairs in the shopping centre there is a food court and public toilet facilities that can be accessed by lift and escalator.
Toilets
There is standard disabled toilets meaning it is just bigger than a usual toilet. There was no hoist and there was only a babies changing table. The toilet was clean.
Staff
There were not many staff for the shopping centre however there is a lot of staff working in the shops and in Superdrug there was a man who was very friendly and helpful.
