Transport & Parking

Multi story car park across the road with disabled parking on lower level, lift up to street level. Take parking ticket to reception for reduction of parking charges.

Access

Flat entrance through automatic doors. Lift to all floors, although a little concerned that accessible rooms are not on ground floor in case of fire. (We were on 3rd floor and there was at least one accessible room above us). Room had laminated flooring throughout which made using a hoist a breeze

Toilets

Bathroom was a wet room, good size,able to get a hoist in with plenty of room. Only down side was no shower chair, although the toilet was close enough that I could sit on it with lid closed and the shower could reach

Staff

Staff were helpful and polite

Lovely hotel good sized rooms had to look really hard for faults. First time I have stayed in an accessible room and I was impressed.
